As a parent of three beautiful children, I know all too well how important sleep is. Not only for your own sanity and wellbeing, but most importantly for your little one's development, health and your overall family life.
I grew a profound interest in babies development and wellbeing and the link this has with sleep and the amazing scientific proof behind it all. I have been a Certified Sleep Consultant recognized world wide for the past three years and from my own personal experience and the amazing parents I have met along my journey, I believe it is incredibly important to reach out and get the help you need as a mother or father. It is so important to know we are not alone in the hardest time's of sleep deprivation and uncertainty of parenthood, and that every little bit of help and professional advice goes such a long way. We are all in this together. Remember, your wellbeing is just as important.
Every baby and child is unique and every parent has their own parenting style, which is why I customise my sleeping plan and approach to suit you and your little one's needs. I use a nurturing and gentle approach to help your baby learn the important skill of sleeping. Specialising in newborn to twelve year olds. We can work together to establish a wonderful sleep plan and get your little one into the perfect, healthy sleeping habit which will set them up for life.
From routines, to naps, bedtime, early wake-ups, better sleep habits and settling techniques, and everything in between.
I know it can be overwhelming trying to figure out the best and most gentle approach for your baby's sleep needs. That is why my approach is very gentle and nurturing. We can go at your own pace and you also receive the warm support throughout the whole process. Encouragement, compassion and mother-to-mother support can go a long way and make a huge difference.
